The fourth trimester - the first 42 days after birth are called the sacred window in Ayurveda. In Latin American cultures it is called "la cuarantena" and in China it is called the "golden month".
Like in almost all traditions except for the western culture, this time is being considered as sacred for the mother and the baby. It is a time where the mother gets to heal and recover from birth. It is a time where she gets to rest, rejuvenate, receive nourishment and support from family and friends and bond with her baby.

With the importance of this sacred time in mind we are there for you after birth. These are possible ways of support we can provide:
